Brian’s Stuffed Green Peppers

 

Brown 1.5lbs of ground chicken or turkey with 3 table spoons of olive oil and soy sauce and 1-2tbsp of Ms Dash.    When almost done add chopped green peppers (from cut out tops) and white mushrooms and 1 cup of Pico de Galo.

 

Meanwhile, rub hollow bell peppers with olive oil and put in oven 350 for 20 min.  Take out peppers, stuff with mixture and return to oven for 10-15 min to desire.  Shorter if you like the bell pepper a little crunchy or longer of you like it soft.  After you take them out of the oven…pour taco sauce over the top as much as desired.  The taco sauce really adds a great flavor.
